In this episode, I have the pleasure of chatting with Mike Dyson, a human skills facilitator, consultant and keynote speaker. After 15 years working with individuals in complementary healthcare supporting their physical and mental wellbeing, against a prevailing tide of overwork and overwhelm, a crisis in his own health, guided him to uncover the missing piece of the wellbeing puzzle - the power of human connection. Strong, supportive, empathetic, accountable human connection.
For the last 10 years, Mike has facilitated group conversations with all kinds of people on all kinds of difficult topics - from mental health and suicide prevention to culture change, healthy masculinity and corporate leadership.
