0:17 So I wanted to put out a quick update I am coming back at some point but I am mainly over on my YouTube channel called Planning My Energy and here I have changed the name from instead of My Senses My Space which which I think was appropriate for a while.
0:39 into Creating Your Sanctuary because I do think that we can create sanctuaries in so many different parts of our lives.
0:49 Whether it's in our hearts, in our rooms, in our planners, in our families, there's just so many places. To find comfort when the world gets hard, especially when dealing with chronic illnesses, or neurodivergency where you can feel very burnt out or very low energy.
