We Make Southampton Podcasts: Southampton Teenage COVID journals
What was going through the minds and hearts of our teenagers during the pandemic? From ‘this is nothing to worry about’ to ‘OMG, we’re all going to die', their frank, moving and often funny reflections have been captured by a group of Southampton teenagers talking to their peers, as part of learning to put together a podcast from start to finish. The stories captured in 6 episodes 15/20min long are ultimately stories of resilience and abrupt onset of maturity. This first episode offers an international perspective, from Basti, who had extended family in Germany and America, being interviewed by Charlie. We hope you enjoy it.THE TEENAGE COVID PODCASTS SERIES, is produced by We Make Southampton CIC and funded by Southampton City Council Stronger Communities Team
