Rebecca has been with MMA since October 2017. Rebecca received her BA degree from the University of Southern Maine and Master of Laws, (LL.M) from the University of Ulster’s Transitional Justice Institute. Rebecca often works in international election observation, and democratic governance evaluation, in former Soviet states, and serves as an election clerk, and chair of the planning board in her home town of Edgecomb. 

Rebecca’s areas of advocacy are criminal justice, state and local government, agriculture conservation and forestry, inland fisheries, marine resources, transportation  and insurance.  She is passionate about all things from the island of Ireland including politics, British motorcycles, and history. 

Rebecca has been with MMA since June 2018, transitioning to her new role in the Advocacy & Communications department in February 2022. She earned her BS in Public Administration from the University of Maine at Augusta while balancing a family and full-time employment. 

Rebecca is passionate about local government and assisting municipalities to provide services in their communities. She serves on her local RSU school board and enjoys learning about all fantastic things going on in the schools. Rebecca looks forward to diving into the legislative session and advocating for member needs.

In her free time you can find her enjoying music of all genres and nature or tapping into her creative side with crafts, photography or baking.
