Hi, my name is Friederike. I am the Founder of The Sound of You Podcast.

I am a human being, soul traveler, dancer (Jazz, Salsa). I am a classically trained singer and sound medium. A deep feeler, who has on her own behalf recovered from depression and psychosomatic illness. I'm in a wonderful relationship with a man who complements and challenges me. 

With a degree in Psychology, my spiritual journey began 2009 through reading The Power of Now. There was no going back. I trained in Energy Work, Emotional Healing, Parts Work and Autosystem Hypnosis. I am a natural Sound Medium.
My personal growth has always been connected to developing my voice, and to healing my relationships.
