The purpose of this podcast is to increase your awareness, challenge the status quo & really vulnerably truth talk about what its like to live a conscious soul in-powered life. My hope is it will inspire, enlighten, uplift & in-power you in your everyday life. I don't do superficial & I'm super practical. I like to go deep, speak the truth (even if its uncomfortable) and use my life, and the lives of those who share here (with a little humor) to help us all lean into our fullest potential. In so many conversations lately, at some point, we started saying, "oh that was really GOOD...too bad it wasn't recorded!" SO I thought why not start having conversations and recording them?!? Not all episodes will be conversations. Some will just be me riffing on a topic.
