On this episode, we are diving into a brand new 3-part confidence series that I am SO excited about! This series is called "The Art of Confidence" and each week we're going to be focusing on a different art to master in order to build and embody true confidence. THE ALTER EGO METHOD:
- Create your alter ego. The version of yourself that you aspire to be. Right down to every last juicy detail.
- Choose an amount of time, whether it be one day a week or one hour a week, to method act and start embodying your alter ego.
- Create affirmations to support your new self concept and alter ego. Create 5-10 solid affirmations and either record them or start saying them to yourself everyday.
- Have a strict mental diet and start practicing throwing unwanted thoughts into a black hole and not attaching to them.
- Gather and document new evidence to start proving to yourself and your subconscious mind that your alter ego and new beliefs are becoming absolute truths.
