Raise Money-Smart Kids: How to Teach Financial Literacy from a Young Age
Want to raise money-smart kids and set them up for financial success? Well, teaching them financial literacy from a young age is how!
Financial literacy is not often taught in the Latino/x community. Latinos are already behind with the wage and wealth gap. I want to change that! We need to start taking steps to prepare future generations.
So in this solo episode, I go over tips of how to you can start teaching your children about money, how to manage their finances and how to grow their money. I also share the steps that I have taken to teach my family financial literacy and my future plans to build on it.
I also cover why it is important to start teaching children at a young age about how to handle their personal finances. This sets them up for financial success in the future and helps reduce the risk of them making huge financial mistakes that can set them back.
