I have so much evidence that writing and following a doable daily food and drinks plan underpins our ability to create the results we want with weight and body, eating and drinking. And that it's tempting to underestimate the power of learning how to follow a daily plan -- regardless of the external circumstances you're faced with -- and then be frustrated with our results.
It feels more effortful yet we're being rewarded with less. Not ideal!
If you find yourself not following your plan consistently (or writing one in the first place!), I encourage you to listen to this episode so that you can better understand what might be going on for you.
Not following your plan is revealing the work that needs to be done and in that way, it's very helpful! And once you understand it, you can try and apply a more suitable solution that is ultimately teaching you so much about your capability and what's possible for you, rewarding you with results that I'm pretty sure you'll love...!
