Host Andy Eeley started his working life in the photography industry, but after working as a casual Pall Bearer developed a profound respect for the Funeral Profession. Andy took the decision to retrain as a Funeral Operative and learned the fundamentals of funeral care and proudly progressed to Senior Funeral Director. 

Andy joined the G. Seller family in 2021, and feels privileged to be part of a team that continually strives to offer families the best possible service. Part of this service is developing a podcast series for the local community and beyond to lift the lid on those taboo topics, and dispel myths and misconceptions. 

Andy is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with his family. Andy likes to keep up his photography skills and also enjoys music, both listening to and playing.  

Joe started his career in the funeral industry aged 16 working with his Dad, a Funeral Director in Peterborough.

At the age of 24 Joe joined the G. Seller family as a funeral operative. In this role Joe learnt the importance of looking after families loved ones and the attention to detail required to carry out a funeral. Joe was taught the embalming procedure, and through much hard work is now a qualified Senior Funeral Director and Joint Head of Operations. Joe feels privileged to be able to help people at such a difficult time.

Outside G. Seller, Joe fulfils other important roles such as dad to his daughter and husband to his wife, and they enjoy taking the motorhome away as a family for a weekend to explore.

Joe enjoys running and is a West Ham fan, and now a podcast co-host, alongside Andy.
