Priya Gopaldas is a Doctor and Ultra Runner.
In 2021 she appeared on the reality TV show Love Island and attributes her running journey as the catalyst that gave her the confidence to do so. Since then she has been a regular at RunThrough events, has completed some amazing Ultras and built a community online who share the common love for running and movement!
In this conversation Ben and Priya delve into her ultra journey, chat about returning to the ‘shorter distances’ after running ultras and how her day job as a Doctor inspires her out on the road and trails.
