Courtnay, who herself was a very talented athlete throughout her adolescence and early adult life is also a huge advocate of Women’s Sport and is passionate about creating an environment in which girls feel comfortable & encouraged to continue with sport throughout their lives.
In this conversation Ben and Courtnay talk about the challenges of balancing every day life as a parent while still trying to hold on to a piece of yourself, how letting go of the need to win ultimately opened more doors - and why her younger self would be proud, that even though she isn’t herself racing on the track, she has found herself a way to share the stories of others.
