*Race directors need to educate themselves and be intentional about actions, not placing the burden of educating on a person of color; understand the community, understand the need, put forth the effort; do some unlearning
*communicate and make sure people are heard
*wanting to see more people of color at trail races 
*seeing different communities supporting each other
*showing up for each other in all the ways
*getting to a point where you can show up to races/spaces and not even being able to count the number of people of color that are there because it doesn't need to be highlighted anymore because the spaces are so diverse
