Molly Rodriguez

Molly is a happy, healthy, mother of 3. Certified in Ayurveda, she practices in and out of her home to help others find balance among their diet and lifestyle. It was through her studies and work in the field of Ayurveda that led her to meditation and found that it was how she was best able to help others to find balance and heal their lives; body, mind, and spirit. 
By building a practice amid a busy schedule of her own and incorporating her children into her meditation practice, Molly is able to share the tips and tricks she learned through experience to help you do the same. She has also taught meditation classes for adults and for children and has enjoyed working with both age groups. Through The Busy Mom's Guide to Meditation, Molly helps you bridge this gap so you and your children can be successful in meditation together.
