The Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) is a multi-year initiative by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) that supports grantees working to address behavioral healthcare issues in their communities. RCORP funding allows grantees to sustain programs and activities that improve access to quality behavioral healthcare services, including substance use disorder (SUD) and opioid use disorder (OUD) services, in rural areas. This podcast focuses on the topics and issues most relevant for RCORP grantees nationwide. Tim Rabolt

Tim Rabolt is a Technical Expert Lead (TEL) at JBS International. He previously served as the Executive Director for the Association of Recovery in Higher Education (ARHE), leading the organization’s efforts to support students in recovery from addiction through the expansion of collegiate recovery programs. Tim founded the collegiate recovery program at The George Washington University (GW) where he completed his Bachelors in Business Administration and his Masters of Arts in Education and Human Development. During his time at GW, he interned for the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and assisted with developing the Recovery Appointments Project. He currently serves on the Eau Claire County Opioid Task Force, the Advisory Board for the Cardinal Recovery Program at Stanford University, and the Board of Directors for the nonprofit Students Recover. He has been in recovery since April of 2011, during his senior year of high school in Wilmington, DE.
