Dr. Raminder "Minni" Saluja is a board certified ophthalmologist and fellowship trained Dermatologic Cosmetic Surgeon (Completed AACS fellowship under Dr. Mitchel Goldman in 2007).  She is a fellow of the American Society of Laser and Medicine and Surgery, and a member of the of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Medical Association.    She is the founder of Saluja Cosmetic and Laser Center and specializes in a multitude of lasers and procedures, injectables (Fillers and Tox) and PDO threads.  

Her unique combination of ophthalmology and optics combined with fellowship training in dermatologic laser surgery has guided her toward clinical practice, innovation, clinical research and lecturing in laser science.  She has participated in multiple IRB studies and  has published over 20 papers in dermatologic cosmetic surgery and ophthalmology.

Kane has spent the last 20 years in the bio-pharma world in sales and marketing at Genzyme, Sanofi and Keryx. 
During Covid, in 2020, he decided to explore a deep passion of his in working with Dog Rescues on the weekends and running a clinical practice on the weekdays.  
He established a non profit charitable foundation for dogs in need of care whic is "Beauty Saves the Beast".
Kane has been an immense help with his insight and guidance at Saluja Cosmetic and Laser Center and is often quoting his favorite saying...."seek first to understand".
