Speaker 1:

So you're thinking about running but not sure how to take the first step. My name is Brian Patterson and I'm here to help. Welcome to Brian's Rompod. So hi, it's brian here from brian's rompod and I've got some really exciting news to share with you. I've been busy recording some fantastic new content for the podcast and, as you know, brian here from Brian's RunPod and I've got some really exciting news to share with you. I've been busy recording some fantastic new content for the podcast and, as you know, I love interviewing guests because it gives us an invaluable insight on improving our running.

Speaker 1:

We've had a range of experts, including coaches, a Pilates instructor, a running physiotherapist and even a researcher focused on sports bras, bras plus. I've had the pleasure of talking to some of you, our regular runners. Well, coming up. We've got an incredible lineup of interviews. We'll be speaking with Louise Valentine, a running coach, who will share her expertise on strength training for runners.

Speaker 1:

For the first time, we'll have a medical doctor on the show. Dr Jeffrey Sankoff, a seasoned triathlete, will provide advice on transitioning from running to triathlon. Janice Assarman, a body movement specialist from Canada, will join us to discuss the importance of movement in running. Jewel Scudder, who runs a vibrant MyRunning community will offer advice to women going through premenopause and menopause. I'll also be interviewing Carlyth Keyes, a running influencer who has over 150,000 Instagram followers. We'll also be interviewing an author, morelli Ferreira, and Jana Barrett, a fitness movement coach all the way from New Zealand. If you're new to the podcast, I really encourage you to check out some of the previous interviews in the catalogue. And also a special thanks to Luke Thomas of my favourite band for the background music. It's called Fluffed and is from the album Homeward. I'll provide a link in the show notes so you'll be able to see the rest of his tracks on his new album. Stay tuned for these exciting episodes. I'm really excited that I've done these interviews, so I really hope you enjoy them as much as I did. Thank you.
