Mom of 4, wife in a conscious spiritual relationship with my husband. I am a cyclist, tri- athlete, and tend to my sweet gardens. I have a daily practice where I connect with Devine Spirit to live in my brightest light. 

It takes courage to live our most open, authentic life. It's brave to connect with our soul and source and take action on the nudges from our gut - because, it can feel naked, vulnerable, and unknown. It is BRAVE to look out OUR "stuff" and heal it. 

My prayer to you is that you continue to build a life you wildly adore. You are already doing it - stop overthinking and keep stepping forward onto your soul's path. 
I am grateful to be sober today because of a power greater than myself and a spiritual program of action.
