Peter's first leadership experiences came as he was elected the student body speaker during his college years. He then directed a nonprofit high-risk inner city youth center for 3 years. Peter's next leadership experience was leading church and christian ministries for over 15 years. During these 15 years Peter spoke to audiences in 16 different countries, founded a state-wide conference, earned a masters degree, led construction projects, and mentored many people. Peter was also privileged to serve on the Advisory Team for U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko.

For the last two years Peter has led as an Operating Partner for Whataburger and also as Executive Director of a Chick-fil-A franchise. During this time Peter became a certified member of the Maxwell leadership team for speaking and coaching.
