Joe Peebles is an example of never judging a person based on their past.  This former wild child found his calling in aviation after spending 6 years in the US army as a military helicopter door gunner.  All experience combined amounts to 18 years of aviation experience.  He is a dedicated father and husband.  He is an empathetic leader that takes no B.S.  And he always stays curious when it comes to finding the clues to success.
