Kathleen Brandt

Kathleen has worked on TLC: I Should Have Known.  NBC: Who Do You Think You Are, and PBS: Finding Your Roots & TTC: Dead Files.

As a licensed Private Investigator she utilizes investigative sleuthing skills for locating living relatives (Forensic Genealogy) and adoption and biological family research. 

Twenty years of historical, military and genealogical research. Experience in DNA analysis and research and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) document analysis.

 As a multilingual speaker, she translates Spanish, French, and Italian records. She also has experience researching German, Jewish, and Swedish records and more.

Specialties: DNA analysis, forensic genealogy, private investigator. International and nationwide documentation retrieval, immigration and naturalization, free-colored research, military record retrievals, tracing slaves, as well as Irish, Swedish, and German records.

John Brandt

John has always been involved in the arts.  In his early 20's he moved to New York City, where he performed, auditioned, acted, did voice-overs, and worked as a stage tech.  Eventually, he moved to Washington D.C. where he worked in graphic design and incorporated computers into his artistic life.  
 
 He relocated to Missouri and began teaching software and digital photography classes.  He earned his undergraduate degree in Technical Education and has been a professor at a local community college teaching Multimedia & Video Production for 25 years.
