Emma is a writer, speaker, mum of four and has been living with secondary

breast cancer for eight years. She has a large and highly engaged following on Instagram as @limitless_em where she shares her thoughts on mindset, the power of gratitude and the fragilities of life with honesty, humour and vulnerability. Initially diagnosed with primary breast cancer in 2010 when she was a newly single mother to baby triplets and a six year old, Emma has worked hard to find a way of managing the emotional impact of her diagnosis by gathering techniques and tools that have allowed her to believe that she no longer needs to live as though she is dying.

Emma is an ambassador for Mental Health Mates, a columnist for Women’s Running Magazine and is thrilled to be launching her very own podcast, OPEN, where she’ll be having open hearted and authentic conversations with special guests on life’s challenges, triumphs and the messy and magical bits in between.
