Dr Kristina Seymour
Dr. Kristina Seymour grew up in Washington State. She served four years in the USAF (1991-1995); she married the love of her life at the age of 18, Brian Seymour, an Army Ranger (Class of 12-93). They live in the country in South Carolina with their Belgian Malinois Dr. Seymour is an author, speaker, teacher, and Clinical Psychologist, specializing in resiliency and recovery from trauma. She has two grown children, a son-in-love, and two grandsons. She is passionate about empowering others to thrive (instead of merely surviving), and she holds firmly to the belief that her life is not her own – it was bought with a price. She loves God & coffee - in that order, her family, and the invaluable freedom she experiences in this great United States because brave men and women have served, died, and continue to do so.
