Today I am speaking with my close friend an amazing human Gemma Akinade. Gemma shares about her own journey to sobriety, the terrible places  her alcoholism took her to and how her life has been transformed since getting sober. We also talk about how Gemma is a fellow widow and how difficult it has been becoming the only parent to her children and losing her best friend suddenly.
