I've been a music nut for nearly all of my life. Going back as far as I can recall, listening to music involved keying into different parts of what I was hearing, studying album cover art in detail, and reading all the liner notes of the albums and CDs I listened to. My favorite genres include blues, jazz, 1960s soul, surf, classic rock, classical, roots reggae, and more. On top of that, I'm a musician that dabbles in writing and recording on occasion.
