Jen Dufresne & Sarah Pay

Kwain (pronounced Quan) is a husband, dad, motivational speaker, Health Educator, Level 1 Certified MOVNAT Instructor and competitive Spartan racer.  He has participated in competitive sports and fitness his entire life.  He was a three-sport athlete in high school and wrestled at Chowan University before transferring to North Carolina Central University.

His career as a Health Educator has encouraged him to stay fit and practice a healthy lifestyle.  He works hard to model the behaviors that he encourages others to adopt.  Therefore, he eats healthy, works out regularly and often puts his fitness to the test as a competitive Spartan racer.

In 2019, he began practicing Natural Movement as a part of his training regime.  Natural Movement is mobility-focused fitness that incorporates a variety of ground movements to help your body actively recover and reclaim lost ranges of motion either through sedentary lifestyles or sports injuries.  Natural Movement worked so well for him, he wanted others to experience this life changing practice.  In 2020, he earned his Level 1 Certification and will complete his Level 2 this year.  He is currently a personal natural movement coach and instructs classes at Mint Hill Functional Fitness.  He is super excited to come on board with the team.  His goal is simply to get you to Move Better!
