Sarah Pay
Sarah is a wife and mom to three boys. She has been teaching group exercise for over nine years specializing in strength training, yoga and running. After the birth of her third son, she left a career as a designer to launch a fitness company geared toward training, coaching, and loving busy moms like herself. She is still actively teaching in that community and as even expanded her offerings to include yoga, nutrition and wellness retreats.
Sarah wants to help people live their lives to the fullest. When consistent movement became a part of her routine, she suddenly realized she was showing up for life, and her people, in a way that she hadn’t in a very long time. It wasn’t just about the exercise, the weights or the physical changes. Sarah sees everyone as a whole person with a mind, a spirit, and the fights to keep those parts in balance.
