Do you ever find it so hard to do good when you just dont feel good? Ive been there, and its so easy for people to tell you, well just do this, but the reality is, our brains have another idea, it doesnt like change and will keep you in the same routine because its familiar. So instead of trying to drastically change and take away or add all the things, what can you swap out? what is one small change that can be made right now?
