Do you feel present in your life? 

Or do you experience that wherever you are and whatever you do, you are already on your way to the next activity, to-do, and constantly in your head?

This might not seem like a biggie, but it actually is. 

Not only does it create unnecessary stress and tension, it also robs you of a lot of joy and pleasure in life. 

Good news is, that practicing being present is something that will benefit you so much, in your life, leadership, performance and relationships. 

And now is a great time to make changes and do some experimentation in this area.

In this episode, we will dive into using summer vacation as an opportunity to practice being more present. 

Being present is not woo-woo, it’s a muscle that you can train, and being able to use that muscle, is a superpower that you might not be aware of.
