About Andrea:
Andrea Lara began her career in cosmetics working as a freelance makeup artist for several brands including Fresh, Armani, YSL, Estée Lauder, and Trish McEvoy. She quickly turned her love of artistry into a passion for the industry as a whole, leading her to business management and ultimately education at the Estée Lauder brand. She quickly rose within the ranks of the company holding roles as Business Manager, Account Coordinator, Education Executive and Director of Global Education. Today, Andrea is the Executive Director of Education, leading content strategy and development at the Estée Lauder Companies’ Travel Retail Worldwide division. A former professional opera singer, Andrea is considered to be a master facilitator and presenter in her field. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the New England Conservatory of Music and a Master’s Degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Andrea lives south of Boston near the ocean with her husband and two small children.
