Here, Brian looks at the poor pleadings and missing assignments of another debt buyer, Galaxy International Purchasing, LLC.  The lawsuit is weak, and the proof is poor and you put all of this into your counter affidavit and answer to defeat this case that the debt buyer has put no care into-generally the don't put care into their lawsuits.
