How I Answer Debt Collection Discovery Requests
Jul 11, 2024 Season 1 Episode 119
Brian

Here, Brian responds to members' requests on how collection discovery is answered with his approach going back to the original filing: The Counter Affidavit that states and shows the debt collector has not met their burden of proof in showing they have standing to sue you. So, why should you answer discovery helping them to prove their case? You should not but through the prism of your state's rules on discovery and discovery objections. Lots of discovery response templates are attached to the video for you to carefully conform to your state's rules as a guide. Hope this helps, good luck.

This is strictly informational to assist anyone who needs to be pointed in a direction similarly as one would do any research. Though I am a proud member of the State Bars of Florida and Michigan, this is a source of research and insight into how Brian Parker's mind operates and how he perceives the practice of law when it is used for the benefit of victims Mr. Parker does represent. Take what you need knowing I am not practicing law for you or anyone else in any state through this medium or media. I am sharing and caring.
