‘JP’ has been working in Technology and Operations transformation roles for over 20 years. He has worked in Finance, Retail, Travel, Healthcare and Construction industries in Bristol, London, Glasgow and New York. 

For the last ten years, he has worked in Digital Consulting and launched AND Digital’s Bristol office in 2022 - leading a 50 person strong team of Analysts, Programmers, Designers, Project Managers and a Client Services team who work with clients in the public and private sector to deliver amazing digital products and services.

Outside of work JP is a married father of 2, is a youth football coach and spends his weekends cycling around the local countryside.

She enjoys sculpting teams that blend strategic, technical, creative and experience design capability to deliver solutions that make a real difference to clients and their end users.  In doing so she is passionate about working closely with clients to build their digital capability enabling them to ultimately own and drive their digital future.
