I was wondering, have you heard of the case from Springfield on Daviston off Sumner Ave (tw: kids) where an 18/19 y/o young man with schizophrenia murdered two of his neighbors? It happened in 1954 and there's a book called A Thread of Evidence by Joanne Connors-Wade who tells the story as someone who lived in the neighborhood at the time. (Forewarning, I know you love your books, and this is not the most well-written, with all due respect lol. You'll know what I mean if you choose to read it, but it's worth the story.)
