We interview business leaders and people of influence in Metro Detroit to discuss their journey to a position of influence in their industries. The times where they had to draw on their reserves of self belief and the solutions they found are investigated with them. Overall, you will get to know our guests on a human level and understand the individual qualities they have that helped shape their behavior and choices on their journey.

Keith Baldwin

Keith grew up in London, England and came to America in 2000 to pursue a career in soccer. He soon realized soccer coaching was where his passion was and in 2003 Keith started a full commission door to door sales job during the day while he coached soccer in the evenings.

That sales role allowed him to live in Birmingham AL, San Francisco CA, Portland OR, Philadelphia PA, Jacksonville FL , Atlanta GA as well as Detroit MI. Growing a sales business and managing sales teams has come with many challenges and in 2009 Keith left the business he had been running since 2003 and pivoted to the merchant services industry and moved to Detroit.

He has owned Regal Payments based in SE MI for 14 years. Regal Payments focuses on customer service for businesses who accept credit card payments. He also still coaches soccer travel teams.

With all of his business owner contacts and people from the soccer community in Metro Detroit, the self belief podcast was started in 2023.

Jordanna Cheifetz

Jordanna Cheifetz graduated from George Brown College in Toronto, ON, and then went on to FIDM in Los Angeles where she majored in visual communication. After graduating she worked at a PR agency where her passion for social media and influencer marketing began. In 2017 she moved back to Windsor, ON to start her own social media company JAC Digital.

JAC Digital offers customized social media services. Through her experiences in the industry, she gained a unique expertise that helps create content, grow followers, increase engagement, and generate leads for all her clients. JAC Digital’s specialty is to convert likes and followers into customers and dollars, with a personalized approach and fresh perspective.

JAC Digital offers content shooting services in the Metro-Detroit Area. Her videography team will come to your location prepared to capture everything needed to bring your social media accounts to life.
