The Pelvis Project Podcast
Welcome to The Pelvis Project Podcast! Join hosts, Megan Bengtson and Roxi Roberts, two pelvic floor physical therapists who are passionate about spreading pelvic health awareness and starting conversations surrounding the truth behind genuine health and imperfect wellness. They’re on a mission to educate, guide, and encourage you, and they believe that joyfully navigating your journey IS possible, no matter the season of life you’re in.
Our health and well-being extends far beyond just the physical aspect. Getting to know and really understand ourselves on a deeper level is powerful, and in turn, this will overflow into every area of our lives. Megan and Roxi are excited to be starting this conversation, and can’t wait to have you join along for the ride. And of course - don’t forget to take a deep breath and relax your pelvic floor!

The Pelvis Project Podcast
Welcome to the Pelvis Project Podcast!
Hey there - welcome to the Pelvis Project Podcast! We are beyond excited to be starting this podcast - it has been a dream of ours for awhile, and now it’s FINALLY happening!
As pelvic floor physical therapists, we’ve continued to see a need to educate and help more people when it comes to their pelvic health - especially women. We’re excited to dive more into topics that aren’t being talked about enough, and normalize education and empowerment when it comes to our bodies.
It can be easy to feel like you’re alone when you’re navigating a challenging, or even just a new, season of life. You never have to feel alone though, because we’re on this journey with you! You can bet we’ll be here providing knowledge, encouragement, and a safe space for you to learn and feel empowered when it comes to all aspects of your health.
