The Pelvis Project Podcast
1. Meet Your Host: Roxi Roberts
Hey there - are SO excited to have our podcast out into the world, and we are honored to have you here with us!
For these first couple of episodes, we’re going to share more of our personal stories, and our journeys into the pelvic health space. Today, you’ll get to hear more about Roxi and who she is, how she got into the field of physical therapy, why pelvic health specifically was something she wanted to pursue, her journey as a business owner, and more.
Roxi’s path has presented her with some amazing opportunities so far, and she feels blessed to get to provide a valuable (and very needed) service as a pelvic floor physical therapist. Roxi is the owner and founder of GoodLife Pelvic Health in Central Kansas, and she has a true passion for helping and serving others when it comes to pelvic health treatment. She is excited to continue educating and sharing more about this incredible modality!
In this episode, we’re talking about:
- Roxi’s love for her small town upbringing and the current season of life she’s in with her family
- Roxi’s personal experience with physical therapy + how that led to her pursuing a career as a physical therapist
- Seeing the need for many people needing pelvic health support, and the decision to safely + effectively treat patients in this way
- Roxi’s decision to start her own business after getting very clear on what she wanted her life to look like regarding her career, family, etc.
Make sure to tune in every other WEDNESDAY for a new episode-we can’t wait to chat with you again then!
