This is something that comes up often with patients in our clinics, and one of the most common questions we get asked is when is the best time to start pelvic floor therapy. While there’s no ‘magic’ time that will be best for everyone, starting pelvic floor therapy sooner (rather than later) can have tremendous benefits for you during your pregnancy, and into postpartum!
