We thought it would be helpful to dive into everything you can expect to talk about during an initial pelvic health consultation, as well as what follow-up visits can look like. While surprises can be fun, this definitely isn’t something you should go into being surprised and totally caught off guard by! 


In today’s episode, we’re excited to dig into the pelvic health evaluation, and how key factors like your unique health history, urinary and bowel habits, sexual function, and more come into play.
