8. Surviving the Holiday Hustle: Simple Tips for a More Enjoyable Season
It’s the most wonderful time of the year..we’re in the thick of the holiday season!
While this time of year can be beautiful and magical, it can also feel hectic and stressful for many. For our final episode of 2024 (can’t believe we’re saying that), we thought it would be fun to share some tips to help you with surviving the holiday hustle, no matter what you’ve got going on.
In this episode, we’re sharing some simple tips for a more enjoyable season. From getting outside in the fresh air and sunshine (hellllo vitamin D!) and prioritizing movement that feels good to you, to practicing gratitude and learning that it’s okay to say ‘no’ to protect your time and peace, there’s definitely something that will resonate with you, no matter your season of life.
Ultimately, the REAL reason for the season is about celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, which can often get overlooked. We hope this episode brings you some good food for thought, and encourages you to be intentional with your time and priorities. We’re so glad you’re here, and we can’t wait to connect with you even more in 2024!
