As a coach and healing practitioner for neurodivergent adults, my approach integrates somatic healing modalities with a neurodivergent-affirming life coaching framework.
My clients are working on self-acceptance and body-based awareness as they design their life. Together we are learning to befriend the nervous system and embrace their uniquely beautiful way of moving through the world.

Before coaching, I enjoyed a career in project management, corporate communications, and employee engagement in big tech, non-profits, and for a boutique strategy consulting firm. I grew up in Plano, TX, spent 12 years in Boston, MA, and in 2017 relocated to Kansas City, MO with my family.

As a coach and a creative, I am invested in stories – yours and mine.

How we move in the world is shaped by the stories we’re told by others and ourselves. We bring these stories into every encounter and circumstance.

My passion for stories, whether sharing them through my art or being with my clients in coaching, is rooted in my own story.

Bringing decades of mentorship to support and empower those in the midst of various life transitions is a dream come true.

I am the eldest sister of five children and a cycle breaker. I am a proud mom to three neurodivergent children, ages spanning between 6 to 23, and I live in a north Dallas suburb with my husband and two youngest children.
