The Phoenix Frequencies

Episode 25 Can you listen outside of your box?

Nienke van Bezooijen Season 2 Episode 25

Have you ever realised how our two human ears are put side by side and form the shape of a heart? What does it indicate? Two ears also form the core of the word "hEARt" indicates that it is important to listen to people from our neutral heart.
The Albinger Institute published in 2007 The Anatomy of Peace: Resolving the Heart of Conflict. We listen from how we frame or box ourselves. That can lead to inner and outer conflict.
Listening outside our self-developed box can broaden our perception from human to human rather than 'othering' or de-personalisation. You and me or me and 'them' can shift the world. What are you waiting for if your perception of your world hurts you right now?

We are all responsible for how we show up in the world, to others, ánd to ourselves. With Phoenix Frequencies, Nienke van Bezooijen shines her light on what we can do to be the best versions of ourselves based on how we show up and what we are willing to learn. It isn't about showing the way with pretended positivity, it is the heart-based vulnerability-sharing options. It takes courage to rise. See what is for you. Or share with others. Perfect doesn't exist; curiosity can be the stepping stone to broaden your perspectives.

Courage to move on from the past,
Trust to be with the present,
Rise to create a new future.
