Amanda O'Mara:

I'm back on today for another episode on how to move stuck energy during an integration period. After you've had a healing session whether that is with spinal energetics, reiki or any sort of energy healing modality or any type of modality where you're working on the root causes, removing blocks, releasing trauma, regulating your emotions I think it's really common for us to want to feel better right away, which is why we're doing this work right, but sometimes it gets worse before it gets better, and so I want to use this episode as an opportunity to share with you some tools and insights as to why energy might feel worse before it gets better after a healing session, and then what you can do with it when it gets really hard during integration, and how you can move that energy out of your system, out of your body and biofield, so that you can begin to tap into more, deeper layers of your true essence and who you are, and into those natural states, the core essence behind the work itself. So why does someone actually feel unwell after a spinal energetic session? So I do want to preface like more things could surface over the next few days after a session. Right, 50% of the work that we do is on the table or a virtual session. The other 50% is the integration period, and that can sometimes take 72 hours. Sometimes that lasts for a little bit longer a week, sometimes less and so you could feel worse before it gets better. You could literally wake up tomorrow after a session today and feel super irritable, maybe wake up with a headache, or you can fall asleep for three hours I hear that one a lot right after a session, or they have more gut issues, or maybe the pain in their back is worse before it gets better. You could immediately start feeling better or have that clarity and feel the shifts already happening. But you know, it's all very normal and if things are surfacing or feeling like it's worse before getting better, I'm here to tell you that that's actually a good thing. It's all very normal, it's a good thing. So just inviting you to release all expectations, as there's really no right or wrong way, and I also want to note that no two healing sessions are ever the same, as well as the integrations. No two integrations are ever the same.

Amanda O'Mara:

Sometimes clients are asking me should I take time off of work for the next few days? I can't answer that, because your first session could be really intense the integration period, where you feel like shit for a few days and then it interrupts work, or the very next session, depending on the layer. You could have a fantastic integration and feel really good, right? So I I it's hard to say do I recommend, um, maybe, if you're going to try the workout for the first time, to create that space where you are able to take some time off and have that integration after a session. Yes, I would recommend that, until you know, get through some deeper layers and get more regulated For me. I know that if I have some emotions boiling up or there's some things heavy that I want to work through, I will definitely make note of what do I have the next few days before I do this session on myself because, yeah, it could definitely trigger more things the next few days. Okay, so why exactly can we feel worse before we get better? Why do we sometimes get sick, get a cold, have the flu? It's really common after big group healing sessions or if you go to a retreat, to come back and all of a sudden you have the flu. So it's all a good thing.

Amanda O'Mara:

If you think about, after a deep spring cleaning, your home may look a little bit messier before it gets organized. It's kind of similar to post spinal. Energetic symptoms, like feeling unwell, are part of the body's way of recalibrating and processing the deep work done during a healing session, and that's going to lead to a cleaner, more harmonious state, just like a cleaner home. Spring cleaning, right? Um, you're also having an energetic release, okay, so if you imagine, uh, draining a clogged pipe, the initial release of pressure may cause some upheaval, right, but it's necessary to restore that flow. So during a healing session, it can release stored emotions, toxins, and the discomfort that follows is part of your body's ongoing recalibration. Okay, so really, coming at this from a place of so much self-love, compassion, grace, patience and consistency, too right, we don't want to just do this one time. This is a lifestyle change, right. Healing is a lifestyle change, just like I preach with, how I used to preach in the fitness world, as a fitness coach and business coach.

Amanda O'Mara:

Confronting unresolved issues is another reason why we feel unwell after a session. So if you consider opening up like an old wound to clean it out, you had this massive cut, you're taking the bandage off and now you're cleaning it. It's going to hurt, right, it's going to hurt at first, but it's essential for that deep, true healing to happen true healing to happen. So healing can really bring up deeply buried issues to the surface. And the post-session discomfort is your system processing these unresolved matters right. You could be having this mind and body detox. If you think of like the juice cleanses out there. It's going to make you feel worse. Sometimes you're going to have excuse the TMI, but diarrhea. You got the shits when you're having a little cleanse, and so you may feel a little bit worse before you're getting better, as your body is purging these toxins out of you, and so your body might feel ill as it releases both the physical and the emotional toxins, which is a natural part of the detox process. So really having awareness around this. So picture trying to push a heavy door open. Right, the resistance is really strong, but with that persistence it begins to open, and the discomfort after a session can reflect your body's resistance to fully accepting newly surfaced issues.

Amanda O'Mara:

A necessary struggle for, for integration, right it, it is gonna feel hard, but that's the point when you're going through the integration periods after a session, sometimes the universe is going to present you with opportunities to shift what, uh, you are trying to avoid, what unwanted patterns. Sometimes those unwanted patterns will present themselves again. Yeah, it may have been healed energetically, but sometimes the universe will almost test you and bring up that same issue one more time to see how you respond to it, versus react to it, right. So if you are getting triggered by it, that's a sign of an unhealed version of you, but if you are now responding to it, then you basically have cleared out that unwanted pattern in your life. So when you're having a somatic release, especially during spinal energetics sessions, you see a lot of people moving on the table or having those emotional releases.

Amanda O'Mara:

Just imagine ice melting into water. Okay, it changes form, but it remains the same substance. Your body holds onto memories and traumas and you're releasing them through healing and that can cause that temporary discomfort as these energies shift and integrate into a new state of being. You know you're a healer yourself. I alchemize energy, meaning I am able to transmute energy, low frequencies through free will, through commanding, like literally. I want you to imagine yourself sitting in your own command chair. You're the motherfucking queen here and you've got your magic wand in your hand and you see a low frequency around you. Maybe that's anger or self-sabotaging behaviors or that shame or guilt that we're holding on to the sadness. You are able to change its form. Energy is able to shift in form, so you can use your free will to transmute in that into something more beautiful. And if you've had a session with me, you know that at the beginning of a session I always set the intention to command out any low frequencies and to shift and sort it in, transmute, alchemize it into unconditional love. Sometimes a plant, a flower, a garden, something more beautiful, whatever that is that you want to create. You have that free will.

Amanda O'Mara:

So so yeah, um, there's a lot of reasons why we have those post-symptoms after a healing session. So definitely keep this in mind. Really think about healing like peeling an onion. Each session is going to remove layers of stored emotions and traumas and revealing deeper issues that can temporarily cause discomfort but ultimately lead to a clearer, more profound sense of well-being. And that's why no two sessions or integrations will ever be the same to that one person or to anybody else, because what you've been through, even if you've had the same parents who were both abusive, how you responded to them as a child, is going to be completely different. For maybe your brother or sister, you know, one could develop anxiety, whereas one could develop drug abuse or alcoholism. So it's important not to compare yourself. For you know, it's always a red flag to me when people tell me I had an awesome childhood, my parents were great, and I'm not saying that they weren't, but oftentimes we dismiss. Everybody has childhood trauma. It's just it's. It just is what it is.

Amanda O'Mara:

And so kind of going deep into that and realizing what's going on in your life now are signs of unhealed versions of you. If things are triggering you, if you're attracting unwanted people, patterns, relationships into your life or with money, there are signs of unhealed versions of you. So, or things that happen to you in life, like if you get rear-ended by somebody in your vehicle, that's usually a sign of the universe trying to tell you what are you not pushing towards? And if we're not pushing towards something, oftentimes it's because we have this belief within us, because of a wound that we're holding onto, to invite you to change that belief, because you know deep down subconsciously that that isn't in alignment with you and who you are. Your soul knows. Your soul is like your subconscious right, and 95% of how we act and move throughout the day is subconscious, meaning that we don't always are aware of what actually is going on because it's just programmed in us. It's like tying your shoe and not conscious of being aware of it. You've done it so many times. You just do it right, okay.

Amanda O'Mara:

So what I want to talk about next is a little bit more on the transformation itself and how to help the integration period. You know, if you really think about transformation during integration. What is key here? Just imagine baking a cake. After mixing all of those ingredients together, you know the flour and the sugar and the eggs. It needs time in the oven to rise and to set into place. Right, that takes um space to shift in that form.

Amanda O'Mara:

So, similar to a post-session period, uh, if with healing is when the insights and healing from the session bake into your system, quite literally, leading to that lasting transformation. So, really giving yourself that space and this is going to build resilience, you know you can really consider healing sessions like building a muscle. It really is. You're strengthening your emotional and your spiritual resilience, making it easier to face and integrate challenging emotions over time. Just as muscles grow stronger with repeated exercise, so can your emotional and spiritual muscles as well, and so it does get easier. It really does.

Amanda O'Mara:

Um, but, yeah, make sure that you have that community. I think running with others, hearing their stories of overcoming challenges and supporting each other along the way, really, um, the way you know it can really make the journey more manageable. Uh, similarly, sharing post session experience within a community can create that sense of um, solidary, um, uh, what am I trying to say? Um, motivation to continue your healing journey right. So having that community, somebody that you can talk to, my clients are um. They can talk to me anytime. Usually we we chat back and forth on Instagram voice, noting back and forth Cause I mean it's just fun that way, but making sure that you are um, running this, this or walking this journey with your healing with other people, creating that tribe, that like-minded tribe, is so, so essential. I probably say that's probably like the top three things that are going to support you during your integration period. And if you don't have that yet, find them, find them. Almost every time I do a card pull for somebody who's struggling with this, they always get the find your tribe card. And so if you're resonating with that message right now, definitely seek them out. There are.

Amanda O'Mara:

So like I was blown away. I felt so alone, so alone during the beginning of my healing journey. I thought I was the only one here that had been through so much trauma and I used to always say like I got a lot of shit. You know I got a lot of things to work on, but the thing is so do other people you're not the only one and when you can share your experiences or just be around other people who are going through something similar. It really helps create that safe space for you to continue to express.

Amanda O'Mara:

Your environment is so vital. It is so vital, in fact. If I know somebody comes to me and they are still living in an abusive household, then I would actually turn them away from healing until they have an environment where they can safely integrate the work that they're doing, because it could make it worse. It could make it worse. They're trying to heal and it's pointless. It's it's. You're not going to get anywhere until you create the environment that you need to safely heal. So really consider that in your journey, um, in your environment, and what that feels like for you and how you can use that to better your processes.

Amanda O'Mara:

Okay, so I do want to share some emotional and physical aftercare, um tips and tricks, um. But I do want to know, like, depending on what chakra we're working on, what energy system we're working on maybe that's the crown, the third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral or root which we work on, all of these during a spinal energetic session or through um Reiki as well that these types of responses are very normal, right? So, for example, if I'm working heavily on somebody's top of their spine, like their crown, their third eye area. It's really normal after a session to feel more pressure in the head, maybe even lack focus, to overthink even more, to maybe even have ringing in the ears, be sensitive to people around you. Colds are really common if we're working in this space. Right, if you think about the pressure in your sinuses, really anything like around the head space, if you're feeling lightheaded, dizzy, um, you know, I think I said vivid dreams are really common too. That um could be a sign that we're clearing some tension patterns that are being stored in this space within your body and energetic field. Now, if we were working on the throat area, right there on the lower cervical spine, maybe you start coughing, um, maybe you have a little bit of drainage in the back of your throat or some irritation in the back of your throat.

Amanda O'Mara:

A lot of anger can surface from this space too. So, more expression. You could be communicating more. You know I am pointing out some of like the like the um, not wanted responses that could surface, but also you could have a positive um uh integration as well, which is great, where you're finding yourself expressing more, communicating more with your spouse, with your boss in your work or showing up for your business in a different way. You're just noticing that you're able to speak your truth and, um, maybe you're also going through a transition in your life where you're moving, you're shifting identities. A lot of that can get stuck in the throat chakra as well.

Amanda O'Mara:

Um, so, yeah, that's, those are some normal responses. Um, this is a big one, the heart chakra, this heart energy system. Um, so, if your chest feels a little bit sore or you have, um, the upper back is hurting, right right there in the heart space, uh, your arms down, your hands are also part of the heart space too. Maybe you feel more grief, more sadness. You're crying more A lot of times. Under anger is sadness, so you could feel a little bit of anger as well. You could feel lighter right away, or you could feel a little heavier right away. Away, kidney and urinary purging is pretty common. Your stomach could be upset, right, if you think about when you've lost a loved one, how unsettling that was in your stomach and maybe you couldn't eat. So it's a very common response to when you're releasing trapped emotions to feel upset in the stomach.

Amanda O'Mara:

It's wanting to move up and out. You and I do want to quickly share and definitely take mental note of this Whatever is coming is going. Whatever is coming is going. That statement helps me so much to not push it back down. That is probably the number one mistake I see during integration periods or even during a session where people are, they're starting to feel stuff and our body has been and our nervous system has been wired or programmed a certain way to want to shove it back down because we think that's what's keeping us safe. But in reality you have to feel through that, to feel the dual reality on the other side of that. So, like happiness is on the other side of fully feeling that sadness within, but we have to allow that to surface.

Amanda O'Mara:

So just remembering that whatever is coming is going for you allows you to hold that space for 60 or 90 seconds or less, so that it doesn't feel as difficult, and oftentimes it doesn't. It's not as hard as we think it is. Um, in fact, a session with spinal energetics feels very cathartic, like it's. Yeah, you could feel some of the pain surfacing or in your heart coming up, but it, it, it goes a lot quicker. Like your innate wisdom, your intelligence is freaking nominal. It knows what to do to move through that. But if we don't allow it to finish that cycle, then it's just going to continue to manifest into other symptoms within the body or you can get rid of it in, you know, 60 seconds. So, um, just remembering that I uh, I just wanted to share that really quick because it's helped me tremendously get through some really, really tough times.

Amanda O'Mara:

So if we're working on the lower back, you know, down to the solar plexus here in this chakra, obviously this is where your digestive system is. So, again, if your stomach is upset during integration, that's super normal. Maybe you have a sore lower back, tingling numbness in the legs. You could also have an increase in empowerment, that power, that confidence, since that solar plexus has a lot to do with that inner light shining within you as you step into your dharma and your gifts and who you're, you're meant to be. Um, so yeah, and then the sacral chakra down into the hip areas.

Amanda O'Mara:

So exhaustion is a big sign here of being blocked, but also could be part of the integration period too. You could feel exhausted right afterwards, um, you know, taking that three hour nap right afterwards, or falling asleep early and waking up 12 hours and you haven't slept like that in years. Right? Um, very common um uh response when we work in this space. Um, you could have a little bit more discomfort and pain in the hips and your legs and you could have increased emotional awareness and self-trust. Internal trust is actually the process within this space, and so don't be surprised if you actually build more trust in yourself as you continue to move through the work. It's quite interesting.

Amanda O'Mara:

A lot of people who come to me for the first time are, you know, they have a little bit of doubt in their mind about the work itself, and so I often find myself in their hips first and leaning into trusting themselves. A lot of times, if they are not sure about something about the work working, then usually it's a sign that there's something within them that they're not trusting themselves. Because this is what the work is all about is helping you tap into your own healing abilities, and so it's basically you're a mirror right to that belief Root chakra for working down in this space. You can have some sore joints, right Um, with your ankles, your knees, your wrists, hot, cold feet, again digestion or appetite disruption.

Amanda O'Mara:

In this space, you could also feel more calm and relaxed. This is often where we hold anxiety, where we hold stress. The fight or flight responses are in this space and being stored here, and so when we're coming out of this space, a lot of times clients will begin to feel more calm and relaxed. So such a great thing, okay. So I want to talk about emotional aftercare. So if you're having some emotions coming up, here are some tools to help you with that, to make that those stuck emotions continue to move up and out, up and out. So make sure that you're engaging in some self-care activities that can really help you relax and to ground yourself. You know this could include deep breathing. One of my favorite ones is just 10 long deep breaths, or breathing in and right when you feel like you breathe it all the way in, take one more big breath in. So one more time, yeah, so you'll notice like just taking one more deep breath in. Basically, that's just signaling to your nervous system the rest and digest state to allow yourself to kind of just surrender to the present moment and get more into this meditative state.

Amanda O'Mara:

Now, meditation is going to be so, so, so important for this. Now, a lot of people starting out are going to struggle with this because, if you're like me, when I first started just to meditate for 30 seconds, I was already like on my to-do list Okay, what do I do next today? Right? So if you're struggling with that, something that I absolutely love to do is, uh, when I first started was just meditating on mundane tasks throughout the day. So, for example, doing dishes. I love to tune into all my senses. Okay, what do I smell with these dishes? Maybe you're putting away dirty dishes. Maybe just noticing how the dishes are smelling, or the clean dishes putting those away. Noticing what you hear with the cups and plates hitting each other, Seeing the plates themselves. Noticing, okay, what do I see right now? Maybe how it feels, feels the soap on your skin and, yeah, just maybe taste something from doing dishes. So, just tuning into your senses and you can do this outside, in nature. Um, if you struggle to meditate, just go outside with your cup of coffee in the mornings, um, or tea in the evenings, and just sit out there and just tune into your senses. What do I see around me? Maybe you see birds flying and you see grass around you, and then noticing what you hear. Maybe the birds are chirping or you hear the neighbors next door and then what do you feel on your skin? How does the air feel on your skin? So you kind of get my gist here Definitely trying some present mindfulness exercises will be so integral for that emotional aftercare.

Amanda O'Mara:

Gentle exercise, especially yoga, is so, so powerful. I highly highly recommend yoga, maybe doing some stretching. A lot of the postures that we see on the table are yoga postures and yoga is an energy healing modality and when you can practice that, especially in between sessions, you will get more out of your sessions. Um. So yeah, just spending time in nature barefoot, get your barefoot on the ground on the dirt, get a little dirty, um, and just feeling that sun on your skin and the warmth is so beautiful to help you become completely present.

Amanda O'Mara:

Hydration nutrition is going to be very helpful during this time. You guys know I'm a fitness and nutrition coach back in the day, but I still live and preach this and it's so important to take care of your body while you're healing. We had a big retreat here a couple of weeks ago and nutrition made a huge difference to have non-processed foods and fresh foods to eat at every meal and it just helped that body process and releasing of those emotions. So definitely hydrating and, by the way, if you're not drinking about a gallon of water every day, you're not drinking enough. Um, I, I eat nutritious foods about 80 of the time. You know you don't have to be so strict. Your relationship with food and everything is going to be really important. It's going to matter more than choosing this diet or that diet. Just eat what feels right for your body. Non-processed foods are usually a good um starting point.

Amanda O'Mara:

Okay, so resting, allow yourself to rest, get sufficient sleep. Your body and mind need time to recover. They need um. I mean, it's just like working out, working out and then resting. Resting is just as important as working out, because that is where true healing really begins to happen, in those states of sleep, and so make sure you're allowing yourself time to sleep. A lot of people end up sleeping better after healing sessions because they're not in that chronic state of anxiety or fight or flight.

Amanda O'Mara:

Journaling is a really great way to just write down your thoughts and feelings, to help you process what you're experiencing, but also to absorb the insights and messages that you received, maybe during a session, or maybe what I shared or another practitioner shares, and what they noticed during a session, or maybe what I shared or another practitioner shares, and what they noticed during a session. So writing that down you're going to 10 times more likely to remember it and absorb that and embody that too. So journaling can really provide the clarity and a safe outlet for those emotions that might surface Again. Your support system connecting with your friends, your family, a support group, really share your feelings with trusted individuals can really provide that comfort and the validation too of what you're going through and really practicing those mindfulness techniques and grounding exercises are going to really help you stay present and manage any overwhelming emotions that that come up. There was, um, when I first got into this I had a client who for almost a week, week and a half, just was so irritable and so angry after a session and then um, but didn't? I realized they just didn't have the tools on how to handle that. A lot of times we're healing because we don't know how to emotionally regulate, and so maybe I'll do a whole nother podcast episode on how to regulate your emotions.

Amanda O'Mara:

But these type of exercises are going to help you move past that irritability or anger. If that is surfacing up for you, sometimes just literally like if you notice it, go shut the room and close yourself off in this room in your house, and then close your eyes, take a deep breath and then talk to the irritability. Talk to the anger, right, like talking to it in third person. Like, what's up, anger? What do you need right now? How do you need to express? And listen? Listen, the first thing that comes up is usually what you need to do. Maybe you need to stretch, maybe you need to punch your pillow, maybe you need to do, maybe you need to stretch, maybe you need to punch your pillow, maybe you need to shake, maybe you need to listen to a song, maybe you need to drink water, maybe you need to just take some deep breaths. What does anger? Talk to it? Talk to it. It wants to. It's getting your attention right now. Anger is your friend. Anger is your friend. Talk to it and love it. It's trying to help you. Actually, it's trying to help you. But if we keep avoiding it, we're just going to suppress it and then those patterns are just going to repeat itself and manifest into symptoms. So um wanted to share that. Okay.

Amanda O'Mara:

So physical aftercare where um again the, the staying hydrated, um resting and relaxing, allowing your body to to relax after a session, you do want to avoid strenuous activities that could strain the muscles and joints that were released. So just be mindful of that. After a session, you do want to avoid any overexertion. So, while it is important to stay active, we don't want to overexert ourself immediately. You want to give your body time to adjust to the challenges. So, yes, this is your permission we're hearing this from a fitness coach to rest, rest, rest, rest, rest is just as important as training the muscle, just like in healing, giving yourself that space and time to um have the R and R so that you can integrate and calibrate.

Amanda O'Mara:

Ice heat sometimes might be needed. I've had clients where I didn't even touch them at all but I was working on their headspace, their neck, for a duration of the session and then their neck is so sore the next day, and so sometimes a little bit of ice or heat can help to treat the area, to manage any of that discomfort or that soreness that's coming through. I've had people have rashes or acne surface to the skin right Rashes. I've had rashes a couple times myself and if you think about it, it's kind of like heat rising, it's anger rising, and so usually the rash will just go away on its own, but if it itches or anything, you know, maybe just putting some cream on it. Gentle stretching is always great to alleviate any of that muscle tension. Gentle stretching is always great to alleviate any of that muscle tension, but also to promote flexibility so that it's easier for energy to move throughout the body.

Amanda O'Mara:

Make sure you're maintaining good posture, being mindful of your posture to avoid undoing the benefits of the session. So really practicing good posture when sitting and when standing, when you're at the computer, when you're looking at your phone, are you sitting upright with your spine and looking straight ahead, shoulder blades rolled back and down, and if you think about your belly button leaning in towards your back spine? That's how you can create a really good posture. And you know, practice that too often because a lot of times, um, we just fall back into those old habits and we're not even know we're like slouching or, you know, have poor form. But, um, just be aware, be aware of your posture, even when you're driving and especially when you're working or watching TV.

Amanda O'Mara:

Listen to your body, pay attention to how your body feels after a session. Right, a lot of people ask me okay, what should I do? What should I do to keep up with this work and what should I do to take care of myself? And my answer to you is what do you feel like you need to do after a session or in that moment? Because this work is about helping you remember what to do what's best for you. I can tell you what you should do all day long, but these are all just tools to guide you, to help you find that inner trust within you and learning how to listen and trust your own body. Your body is always communicating with you and so you'll find throughout this journey.

Amanda O'Mara:

If you're feeling some pain in your hips, asking the pain in your hips, what do you need right now? How can I best support you? And if you don't know, that's okay too. You can always ask me after a session. My clients reach out all the time and they share their experiences with me, but ultimately, in my opinion, I'm not doing a good enough job if I'm not telling them how our teachings one, how to listen to their own body, so that you can continue to regulate and move that stuck energy out of your body. So really giving yourself permission to invite that and stop seeking that external support. And because you do have the answers within, but I am still there too, if that is something that you need until you find that within you.

Amanda O'Mara:

Um, I would say probably the most important thing to do, uh, to keep moving through stuck energy in the body is to keep your appointments going, and this isn't because I want your business, but consistency is care. Uh, consistency and care can lead to better outcomes. Okay, what we recommend is to stick to sessions every one to two weeks for your first three to six sessions, and sometimes it can be a lot more sessions. Okay, sometimes you might need to stick to it. Um, depending on how dysregulated you are or lack of mind and body connection, you may need to have um two weeks in between each session. But it's the consistency every two weeks. Okay, the biggest mistake I see is people doing this once because, oh, they're just curious, oh, this is just interesting. I just, you know, I'm just trying something out. But no, this work is not for the faint of heart. This work is for people who are ready to heal and to get shit done. So consistency is vital and, yeah, so really sticking to it, and then you'll know, like, as you begin to be less responsive in the external world that you won't need this work as much because you already know how to regulate. You're already in that state of calm and peace and so, depending on your goals and what you're looking to achieve next in your healing sessions, then you could, you know, come back and do.

Amanda O'Mara:

For me personally, I try to do sessions at least once a week. Now, for me personally, I try to do sessions at least once a week Now. Uh, when I first started this about a year and a half ago, I was sticking to it every every 10 days for my first two to three months, and then it was once a month. I felt really good and then I was like you know what? I want to dig deep into some ancestral trauma, or I want to work on expanding my capacity to receive more, so working on raising my frequency, and that's actually when light language started to come through. So you're in. So then I started going weekly after that, but I wasn't releasing as much tension.

Amanda O'Mara:

But there is still a lot of clearing. The more you expand, the more things you have to clear, especially with light language. You're going to notice, especially in the throat area, things clearing out. So you are going to have seasons with your healing journey where you're going to go all in at first, which I recommend to be consistent and get the most out of the work, but there's going to be times where you're going to back off and you know living your life is probably the number one thing when it comes to healing. Feeling and living your life is like the best healing modality out there. So make sure you're having fun and enjoying the process, not suppressing joy, not suppressing enjoying life outside of these sessions.

Amanda O'Mara:
