I was sitting here this morning thinking about, okay, what should I talk about on the podcast next? And it dawned on me that I actually haven't finished out my business energetic series. It's actually been quite a few months. I was like, oh crap, I probably should go back in and work on some more of these episodes, because a lot of you have found these incredibly helpful and if you want to look back, there's some episodes on, like the energetics behind your offer, your ideal client, marketing, and so today I want to do one on sales. The energy behind sales, energetic sales mastery, really dial this in. And this is for you, whether you have a business or you're working for a business, because I mean, if you really think about it, we are in sales all day long. We're selling things all day long, whether that is for your company or for somebody else's company, or just in daily life, like just you know, I'm always selling my husband on what should we eat for dinner tonight? You know we're actually doing sales subconsciously and we understand the energetics behind sales. It changes our perspective on sales. So we're not fearing what our prices are, if people can afford us, or, you know, having the fear of getting on a sales call.

Amanda O'Mara:

I remember when I had my very first sales call, my heart was pumping and, true story, I ended up like pretending, like my phone line was dying, it was disconnecting and I like I had to end the phone call because I was a nervous wreck. I mean, that was years ago, but now it's way different. I love talking about sales. I went from hating sales to loving sales and when you really understand the energy behind sales. It's actually coming from a place of service. It's a really, really good thing because when you are able to sell to people, you are helping people. That is, if you're doing it from a place of service.

Amanda O'Mara:

So I want to talk about how energy sells period today. I want to talk about six energetic sales principles and maybe give you guys a couple prompts around this work itself. I want to share some good analogies that will come through. I'm just really opening up the floodgates today for you to just dive into this topic and understand. So if you have notes, great, but if you're driving, try to mentally understand. So if you have notes, great, but if you're driving, try to mentally bullet point what I'm going to share with you here today. But yeah, so let's dive into this topic. Definitely, save this.

Amanda O'Mara:

Before I dive in, I do want to quickly share. I have a couple new offers. So you all know that I do spinal energetic sessions, whether you're a new client or return client. So again, that'll be linked below if you want to book either, or so, um, yes, let's dive into today's topic. We've got sales, baby energy cells period. This is about really fully embodying your future self now, not in a month, not a year, not tomorrow. Freaking now, baby. Okay. The only reason why you don't have that which you want is because you haven't accepted that you are that already Okay. The only reason why you don't have that which you want is because you haven't accepted that you are that already.

Amanda O'Mara:

Okay. I'm going to do a quick little 30 second exercise with you and, if you can, and or if you know you're driving right now don't do this, but just close your eyes and take a deep breath and just imagine yourself at your sales, like you're looking at your sales report for the end of the month, or you're looking at your bank account and you just had the best month yet sales wise or income wise. And I just want you to take a few moments right now to really feel into how that fucking feels like. Freaking good, right. Are you excited about it? Are you jumping up and down? Are you giggling with joy. Are you running to your team or your spouse sharing the exciting news? Whatever that is for you, I just want you to take a moment and feel into those emotions of that best month ever. Woohoo, yeah, feels good, right. So doing this exercise, this is what's going to help you jump your current reality. So go ahead and open your eyes and just assume this is who I am, this is who I am. There's a difference between saying I will have versus this is who I fucking am. Now, can you feel the difference? Okay, this is the miracle zone, baby. Okay.

Amanda O'Mara:

So let's talk about the energetic structure to really create your reality. When it comes to sales, that simple word I has so much power behind it. It's the caption of the ship. Essentially, you are the, the, the captain of, uh, the ship. I didn't think I said caption captain.

Amanda O'Mara:

Um, imagine sitting in a movie theater. Okay, imagine sitting in that movie theater and you get to create your own movie on the projector. Okay, you're creating slides for this projector. So the reality you want to create is opening up these slides to travel through all the infinite possibilities that can happen in your consciousness. Now, the collection of these slides is like a timeline okay where we're going to focus. Where focus goes, energy, energy flows. So when you focus on a specific slide on that projector, energy is going to begin to flow to that slide. So as you step into this slide, we step out of your mind and you become conscious of what movie you want to play or dream. Um, yeah. So be aware of something now. Um, it is is nothing more. Being aware of something now is nothing more than a dream, essentially. Okay, so get creative here.

Amanda O'Mara:

Your body translates a vibration. Your body speaks with frequency and vibration, not English. Okay, so, um, and your body doesn't know the difference between past and future. So just accept that this is who I am and shift your identity immediately. And as you say that I am the woman or the man who already has this, come up with a phrase and affirmation and you share, and you can share this in your journal, you can repeat it in the mirror and it should always start with the I am. And that immediately brings emotion into the body, if you allow it. Detach from the time here. Super important. When you do this and when you do this and when you assume the new identity that you become a perfect vibration for your intention. Emotion is key here, okay, so, as you're journaling this, saying this out loud or in your car or privately like I am a freaking money magnet feel the emotion behind that. That is key. That is key here. This is why people get stuck with the mindset work because we are not having that body experience with this as well as well. The only reason why you don't have that which you do want or desire is because you haven't accepted that you already are. So feel that now. Because, again, your body doesn't know the difference between past and future. I mean, this has been proven time and time again, okay, like PTSD, for example, like people are still living in their past and their current bodies because they haven't processed that emotion yet. So that's proof on the harder side of things.

Amanda O'Mara:

But when it comes to sales and really stepping into creating more money, selling more, this is a really awesome exercise for you. So I just wanted to share that really quick. Some affirmations could look like I love selling. A sales moment is a give give moment. There is an abundance of soul clients for me right now, no matter what the level, no matter what the fee, I cannot lose the right client. I love my clients more than right now. No matter what the level, no matter what the fee, I cannot lose the right client. I love my clients more than my fears, right? I'm a freaking money magnet. I love selling, and selling loves me, so let's talk about some energetic sales principles next.

Amanda O'Mara:

So I have six that I want to share with you today. So definitely jot these down, if you can, or take some mental notes, or freaking save this episode, y'all, because this is going to be some juicy stuff coming your way, and I really want you to not only take this information but freaking act on it. Okay, like I'm spilling some beans here. This is stuff people used to pay me thousands and thousands of dollars for that I'm just giving to you for free. So do what you want with this. It's up to you, um, but if you are using it, do me a favor, shoot a screenshot. Amanda O'Mara:

Um, let's spread the love, let's spread the knowledge, um, and okay, so detachment is the number one. Number one, y'all. Love me in my English these days? Okay, so detachment. Um, we want to be completely detached from the outcome of a sales, uh, a sales call, or just, you know, sales in general, whatever you're selling or doing, okay, if it bothers you when you get a no on a sales call, I want you to lean into that and do some exercises around this. So there is the I always talk about the ANT exercise. I don't think I've talked about that lately on the podcast.

Amanda O'Mara:

So ANT automatic negative thought exercise. When we identify the limiting belief, then we can begin this exercise in discovering what the source of that belief or where that's coming from. Right, so, thinking like childhood more likely. What are the benefits of holding on to that belief? What are the benefits of holding on to that belief? What are the consequences of holding on to that belief? Is that the ultimate truth? Okay, like people think I'm salesy, is that really freaking, true? Um, how can you find examples of falsehood behind this belief? People are freaking buying all the time. What is the actual truth about that situation and what is the new thought that you're going to choose to believe? To shift from sabotaging to serving. How is this new thought going to help you create the launch that you want or the product that you want to sell? All right. So that's the ANT exercise. Definitely, go back and re-listen to any of those questions that I just shared with you and that will help debunk that belief.

Amanda O'Mara:

And so, yeah, detachment is is huge here. Imagine like okay, imagine planting seeds in the garden. You sow the seeds, you water them, you ensure they have sunlight right. However, you don't constantly dig up these seeds and to to check them if they're growing right. You have to trust the process, knowing that some seeds are going to flourish and others may not. In sales, detachment is like planting the seeds right. You're putting in the effort but you're letting go of the need to see immediate results. So if a seed or sale doesn't sprout, it's not a personal failure, but just part of the natural cycle, okay.

Amanda O'Mara:

So you get on a sales call and you focus entirely on the conversation and the connection right, without being overly concerned about whether the person says yes or no. And if they decline, you remain at peace, knowing that the right opportunities will bloom when the time is right. Okay, some will, some won't. So what? Someone's waiting? Detachment is so, so important. When I started to do this, so many of my sales started to flourish, especially in my last business. Um, this was a key principle to um, really creating sales with ease. Right, we're not getting on the phone call expecting a result at the end of the phone call. We're getting on the phone call to see how we can help this person. And so when you show up with that intention, that's where the magic really begins to happen and people will feel that energy. Okay. So detachment, obviously, that's number one here. Presence is number two.

Amanda O'Mara:

So, before getting on a sales call or selling anything, you want to get into the right heart space first. Okay, you know, do you take 30 seconds or less before jumping on a call with somebody? You know, like when you, or maybe even making a post, when you're making a direct post about selling a product or whatever, are you taking time to really ground yourself and be present in what you're actually doing here? Okay, so just put aside, uh, your needs, your, your doubts, and begin to set the intention to be solely focused on the client before you. Okay, you want a heart to heart connection here.

Amanda O'Mara:

The call is not about you. Okay, sorry to be forward here, but sometimes we just have to hear the truth. Okay, it ain't about you, boo, so it's about helping the person on the phone with you, make the best decisions for themselves, okay, whether that's with you or somebody else, whatever is in their best interest. I don't know about you, but I hate it when people are like hounding me at the end of a call to like, no, I am the best decision. Like, but it's not an alignment for them. Like, no, it's about helping them make the best decision for themselves.

Amanda O'Mara:

And when you can have that intention before a call, people feel that people will feel like it's like talking to your best friend you want to do what's best for them, right? You're going to shift that conversation versus telling them what they want to hear and then telling them what they need to hear, okay. And you can't do this if you make it about you, okay. So put the ego aside and get present as fuck with the person in front of you. They are going to feel that, with the person in front of you, they are going to feel that. So, if you think of like um, you know a laser beam versus a flashlight? A flashlight spreads light everywhere, but a laser focuses all its energy in one direction. So, before a sales call, become like a laser beam, direct all of your attention and energy toward the person you're speaking with, ensuring that you feel present and focused, and if you're listening more than they're talking, then you win, baby. Okay, if you end up talking more than listening, you automatically lose.

Amanda O'Mara:

Okay, so, before a call, just take a deep breath, clear your mind, set the intention to fully engage with the person on the other end, and this might mean silencing your phone, closing unnecessary tabs and really listening to their needs without distraction. Okay, so presence was number two. Number three energetic principle is love. Okay, loving your clients is what's going to allow you to practice honesty, which, to me, is the best for any type of business coaching, right?

Amanda O'Mara:

Um, if they are speaking to you about the fears or limitations on a call, or maybe don't do sales calls, but you have an idea of what their objections might be. Objections are nine times out of 10 coming from a place of fear or limitations. Okay, what their own, um, uh, responses are when it comes to buying something? Right, they've probably had some trauma around buying stuff where, I mean, I used to get all the time. People would invest thousands of dollars and then not get their return on investment, and then it would just destroy them or they would get scammed, right? So, if they are speaking to you about fears and limitations on a call, or if you know what they are, tell them that they're hurting themselves. Okay, this is again, um, speaking about being a best friend.

Amanda O'Mara:

Okay, if your best friend came to you struggling with something, or your kid comes to you crying, what kind of love are you going to show them? So, be honest with them and tell them how it is, but in a loving way, right? Don't please them, right? We don't want to be. We want to be careful. We're not people pleasing them here. We want to love on them. Tell them what they want, not what they need, right?

Amanda O'Mara:

So, um, trying to think, like, imagine your friend is making a poor life decision, okay, like, invest, investing in a risky adventure without thinking it through, as your um friend or as their friend, you would lovingly point them, point out the potential pitfalls, because you care about their well-being, right, and sales. Approach your clients with the same love, guiding them honestly, even if it means challenging them in their fears and their misconceptions, right, um, but detaching yourself at the same time. Ultimately, it's their choice, right? So we want to be careful. So, if a client is hesitant to invest in your program because of fear, gently, lovingly, explain how their fear might be holding them back and you can offer your guidance because you care about their growth, just as you would for a close friend or a family member.

Amanda O'Mara:

Okay, so the fourth energetic sales principle that I want to talk about next. I think this is so important. Okay, so it's certainty. Okay, having the freaking certainty in whatever you sell. Okay, this comes from knowing, without an inkling of a doubt, that your program is the most powerful, amazing thing out there. Okay, your certainty that the client will get incredible results when they work with you. Now, if you're fearing this, you're like I just you know you're having imposter syndrome. Work on this. This, your certainty that the client is going to get incredible results. People are going to feel that certainty. People will know if you have doubt about your program or not. They feel that freaking energy, baby. Okay. Certainty that your program is going to sell. Commit to the certainty, to community, energetically. Absolute certainty, honey, bunny.

Amanda O'Mara:

Okay, when you present your offer, when you present your offer, speak with conviction, knowing that your program is going to genuinely change lives. Your product helps people. The certainty is what, again, is going to be felt by your potential client. So giving them the confidence to move forward with that investment. Okay, imagine, um, or consider a captain steering a ship through a storm. Okay, the passengers look to the captain for assurance and the captain's unwavering confidence in their ability to navigate the storm keeps everybody calm. Okay.

Amanda O'Mara:

Similarly, in sales, your certainty in your product or your service is what clients rely on to feel secure in their decision. So if you're getting people with the objection of, let me think about it, I don't know, I can't afford it, blah, blah, blah, blah, it could be because you you are lacking certainty in your product or service. So, reflect on this to see where you're at energetically with this right. And what do you need to do so that you have unbreakable confidence in what it is that you're selling? Because if you believe it, others will too. And that is when people invest. Okay. So certainty, the energy of freaking confidence People love that shit. Okay, I should have grabbed water before this Number five honesty this is going to be felt.

Amanda O'Mara:

I think we all know what I mean by this. If a client isn't a good fit for your program, be upfront with about it. Okay, I've told people I still do it to this day, especially with spinal energetics there's a lot of contraindications, where you know, people with heart um problems or seizures, they cannot do spinal energetics. It is not for them, it's not a good fit, and in the past I've had to shut down $12,000 deals because the client just simply wasn't a fit for the program. Because most of the time it was usually because I could just intuitively know they were going to be a shitty client and I don't want to work with them because all it takes is one bad client to that energy amongst all the other clients is just not a good thing, and yeah, and then it prevents other good clients from coming in too. So so if a client isn't a good fit, or for your program, your product or whatever, direct them to a better solution if necessary.

Amanda O'Mara:

Like this, honesty not only builds trust, but it also positions you as a true advocate for their success rather than just another salesperson. Right Now, there's a balance with this too. You know, like um, right now I'm balancing how, um, I don't have a, I have a no refund policy, but you can always reschedule, right, where, uh, some people don't like that policy. So, but that's what's an alignment for me, and if somebody doesn't agree with it, then they're just not meant to work with me, right? Um? So definitely be honest about that, upfront, um, and you can think of honesty like a clear window, all right. So when you're being honest, there's nothing obstructing the view here. The person on the other side can see through to your intentions, trust you and feel safe. So any attempt to obscure or distort the truth clouds that connection.

Amanda O'Mara:

Okay, so honesty is a huge energetic principle, and if you don't have honesty, you might still get a few sales here and there, but ultimately you're going to fail like karma's bitch, um, or at least that's what I've witnessed. Um, okay, so we have detachment, presence, love, certainty, honesty, and the sixth energetic principle is power. When it comes to sales, when you know the power of your word, okay. So during a sales conversation, you want to speak with deliberate, intention and confidence. You want to know that your words carry weight and you want to use them to empower the client, to guide them toward a decision that's in their best interest. Again, right. So if you imagine a lion walking through the jungle, the lion doesn't need to roar to prove its strength, right, its mere presence is what's going to command the respect among the jungle, okay. So, similarly in sales.

Amanda O'Mara:

Understanding the power of your words and presence means you don't have to force or manipulate. I know that's a big fear when it comes to sales. We feel like we're manipulating them. No, your energy and conviction, naturally, is going to command attention and trust. So stand in your power, stand in your truth, stand in your honor, know what is right for you and again, you will always attract who you are, not what you want. So embody these versions of you right here, right now, moving forward, clear out the the um stuck energy with this. You know, spinal energetics will. I mean, I see, I see it all the time. A lot of my clients are entrepreneurs and they come do sessions with me and most of the time I don't really coach as much anymore because their body, your body, knows what to do to clear out any of the limiting beliefs, the tension patterns, the traumas when it comes to money or sales or whatever. And so, yeah, like it's, it's just powerful, okay.

Amanda O'Mara:

So just a little overview like why do you, why do you want xyz when it comes to sale sales? Like, why beyond your? Why, okay, um, why else do you want it? You want to get to the source of your motivation here. You want to dig deep here. Why else? Why else? So get into the, the heart and the. Get to the real why. This also is going to help you figure out if you can actually help the clients or not.

Amanda O'Mara:

To Okay, why does somebody really want this? So, when you're jumping on a sales call, dig deep here, okay, why. Why do you want to lose weight? Oh, because I want to look good in my skin, okay, well. Why do you want to lose weight? Oh, because I want to look good in my skin, okay, well. Why do you want to look good in your skin? Oh, because I don't like the way I look. Okay, why don't you like the way that you look? Oh, because my husband thinks I'm fat. Okay, now we're getting deep here, right.

Amanda O'Mara:

So dig deep in this question and I want you to ask yourself too, like whenever you invested in something, what does it cost you to not have the solution? What has it cost you to not have the solution, okay? Um, it's the same thing with your clients on the phone, with your prospects. What is it costing them to not have this solutions? Prospects don't realize that when they get on a call, that the major cost of not working with you far outweighs the cost of working with you. So this could be financially if they're starting a business, like they maybe have been struggling for five years trying to figure it out on their own, and this is cost them time, money, energy in the long run, versus just the $5,000 investment to work with you, okay. Um, when it comes to relationships, right, working with um somebody who's struggling with a narcissist the cost of them being stuck in this relationship and the turmoil that has caused them mentally, physically and emotionally far outweighs the cost of the investment to work on you. To work with you Okay. So this is for any industry. So get clear on that. Cost of not working with you is.

Amanda O'Mara:

So why, um, why do you want to address this now? Okay, this is another big thing to bring about. On a sales call Okay, this is wanting to make sure that the client is in a good place and they're ready now. So you don't get the objection like, oh, let me think about it or I'll do it when I, when this happens, okay, so why now? Why isn't it important? Why not six months ago or six months from now? These are all valuable questions, um, the framework to a sales call. So definitely, um, make sure you're asking these questions.

Amanda O'Mara:

So the next one I want to share is what makes you a great client? We presume that they're going to be a client, but turn the tables and put it on them now, okay, to know for sure that they're going to be a good client for your program too. Okay, this is a two-way street. It may feel almost like an interview, because you should be selective with who you bring in, knowing that they've done the work ethic to follow through on their end. Otherwise it can affect your overall results. Right, they're for business, so have them sell themselves to you. Okay, what makes a great client? I believe all my clients are resourceful, okay, so I will literally ask them on a sales call, sometimes like why you, okay, how are you resourceful? And have them give you examples and you'll be able to tell pretty quick you know who's willing to do the work and not willing to do the work, okay, um, so yeah, these are really important to close out the conversation, so definitely take some notes.

Amanda O'Mara:

So, again, a sales call overview looks like you know. Why do you really want this? Why, beyond their why? Why is it? Or what is it costing them and not solving this problem right? Literally asking these questions what is it costing you and not solving this problem now? Why do you want to address this now? Why not six months ago? Why not a year ago? Why? Why are you here now? Why are you on this call now? Okay, um, why is this important to you now? What makes you a great client? And also, how have you decided? How have you decided? Are you a yes or no? Because you know I look for yeses or no, no in-betweens, no maybes, so let's freaking go.

Amanda O'Mara:

Okay, um, I believe that my clients are action takers. They get the work done. They're not beating around the bush. Um, so start selling now, y'all, not tomorrow, um, not when you're ready, not after you finish this, this, that course or this course or whatever. Sell today, fall in love with it, sell before you're ready. And you want to swim in the energy based on your current place with selling now? Okay, swim in the energy based on the current place with selling now, and always build value first.

Amanda O'Mara:

This is why, um, a client says an objection. Okay, it's because they're not quite convinced yet that you are the right person for them. They don't trust themselves more than likely, so, so it's important to build the value first. The client needs to know this is a no brainer, okay. So why you and not this other coach over here, or business or product or whatever over here?

Amanda O'Mara:

So some some questions that you can ask, uh, to build value. Excuse me, I just burped, sorry, tmi. Why do you really want to change this? Why do you really want to change this? Don't be afraid to go deep with the client. And how much is this problem affecting them? Okay, emotionally, spiritually, financially, mentally. Okay, this helps them realize the cost of working with you. The number one reason you are not going for what you want is because you are settled with what you have. Okay, and why? Now, this is what's going to help really build that value. So, should you put prices online? That's a question I get often for high tickets Um, only shared.

Amanda O'Mara:

If you can build the value first, okay, and you can do this on a sales page on your website, um, yeah, build the value first. So any unwanted pattern in your business okay, this is really important to note is mirroring your internal pattern. Any unwanted pattern in your business or who you're working for is mirroring your internal pattern. Okay, this realization is going to be huge and you got to break this first. Your business is really just a mirror of freaking you. Okay, we need to look within to understand how we are mirroring the objections you may get or probably are already getting. This is business, sales 101, energetics baby. So if you're getting like I can't afford it, okay, the energy behind that is I'm not worth this much. So going inward and asking yourself where are you feeling like you are not worth charging this much, okay, I can go a whole nother episode on just objections. Actually, I feel like I might've actually done an episode on that.
