Dr. Val has a private practice where she sees patients in CA and HI. She is the founder of Sleephoria, which is designed to help midlife women who may be struggling with sleep and rest. 

We talk about so many timely topics, including how we are socialized not to rest; how we can compromise our downtime to be "even more productive" and how rest is more healing than we can imagine.
