Today I share when and how these things may come up out of the blue, and why they pop up when things are going well in life. What is the benefit of paying attention to these emotions and thoughts that, sometimes, seem unconnected to anything?
I also share how these trapped emotions, still hanging out inside us, could be effecting your womb space (yoni) or second chakra. How baggage in this area holds us back.
