Helena Fowler is Clinical Nutritionist and hormonal health doula specializing in stress with a practice grounded in Functional Medicine and Ayurveda; she is a doctoral candidate completing her Doctor of Clinical Nutrition (completion in Sept 2024).  


Helena has a passion for working with clients experiencing chronic stress and focuses on the intersection of gut health, chronic inflammation, sleep patterns, and hormonal equilibrium. She helps people experiencing stress avoid burnout and reduce the risk of development/progression of chronic disease. She’s passionate about helping people find their personal, unique balance and feel empowered to become their most balanced self (inside and out). 


Her nutrition services are evidence-based and are designed to address each client’s individual needs and health goals. She firmly believes when we nourish all aspects of ourselves, we can cultivate the things that help us thrive.

Mike Krause

Mike Krause is the Chief Coaching & Consulting Officer with Global Bound LLC, working with nonprofit leaders, their talent, and boards to harness mental performance hurdles in order to enhance psychological wellbeing and optimize performance.  Through personalized 1-on-1 and group coaching programs, Mike crafts and implements tailored solutions for organizational leaders and their workplace culture.

 

Over the past 25 years, Mike has worked in the non-profit arena, holding various executive leadership roles. He served 4 ½ years with the U.S. Department of State in Southern and Central Africa, working on public health initiatives. Most recently he helped implement support programs in Boise for families in medical crisis.

Jamie Watson, LMFT, RPT-S

Jamie earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from George Fox University in 2011, and is currently licensed in the state of Oregon and Washington (LMFT) specializing in Child, Youth, and Family Therapy with a sub-specialty in intellectual and developmental disorders. Jamie has had extensive training in Play Therapy and is certified as a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. She is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor (nationally recognized), certified in Foster and Adoptive Family Therapy, and is in the process of becoming certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trauma-Focused CBT. Jamie has served on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Association for Play Therapy for over a decade, serving in President and Vice President roles, currently serving as President for her second time. Jamie is the Mental Health Therapy Director for Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, specializing in pediatrics focused on neurodivergence and disability.

Leah Sullivan, NP

Leah Sullivan is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine currently serving as the Medical Provider for Optimal Medicine. 


Leah graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelors’ Degree in Nursing Science, she then went on to earn her Masters’s Degree in Family Practice from UCLA in 2015, where she specialized in endocrinology and contributed to several research studies including sleep disorders, eating disorders, and treatment resistant depression. 


Recognizing that eating disorders are often related to untreated trauma and depression, Leah completed the Ketamine Research Foundations rigorous training for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy in 2022, and has been offering this innovative treatment for depression, anxiety, and PTSD for the past 2 years at her clinic in Redmond.
