In the kitchen if ya don't get the prep done, its not going to be good. The prep ypou do wit pride. Thats the foundation to where you are going. What you are making. Be it a dish or a relationship. We learn, we make "mistakes", I call them bumps. We take the lessons and adapt. always prepping.
Big shout to class of 2024. Proud of both my daughters. Eldest in Uni and youngest graduates tomorrow, Thursday.
