My bio is essentially that I am a metabolic health enthusiastic (geek), who having successfully implemented nutritional lifestyle change, is on a mission to share the facts about animal based, low carb nutrition and how this works so powerfully to correct and optimize health - so much so that I am nearing the completion of my book which aims to help people understand and implement animal based, low carb nutrition by giving them a practical framework to follow 


I am also an absolute food lover and thoroughly enjoy spending time in the kitchen, so will be using my YouTube channel to provide demonstrational recipe videos aimed at helping build people's confidence in getting into the kitchen and cooking for themselves
