My career began in Information Technology sales, later expanding into Management Consulting and an e-commerce startup in the late 1990s. But it was during this time that I made a pivotal decision—to become my own client.

After years of navigating chronic pain caused by conventional medical treatments, I embarked on a journey to reclaim my health. Through holistic practices, I transitioned from pain and frustration to a joyful, pain-free life. This personal transformation led me to merge my extensive IT experience with my passion for wellness, creating a business that helps others do the same.
